The ‘English Wine Week’ is a large event that involves several local wine producers from different English regions, with the shared goal of promoting fine English wines. It takes place yearly, at the end of May and start of June and includes a lot of wine activities all across the country in order to raise awareness of fine English wines in the industry and show how accessible English wines are.
This national event is composed of small wine events developed in vineyards and outlets across the country to highlight English wines. Events include wine tastings at wine merchants, tours around vineyards, meetings with local producers, restaurants offering English tasting menus accompanied by English wines…
For English wine producers, this collective event is the ideal opportunity to promote its wines to costumers and increase awareness, combining their efforts to achieve a greater impact.
